Davis Maximum Duty Batch Mixers are Built Substantially Stronger to Accommodate Heavier Ingredients. Here's How We Do It: Maximum Duty Mixers are built to mix ingredients averaging 100 to 150 pounds per cubic foot. To accomplish this they're furnished with the power transmission equipment normally used for the mixer four sizes larger plus the entire tank is made of 1/4" plate steel. The same 115 cubic foot mixer that holds 8,050 pounds of 70# material would accommodate 11,500 pounds of material weighing 100# per cubic foot. By significantly upgrading the specifications of our Maximum Duty Mixers we can safely increase their capacity. It's really a matter of building the machine up to the job. Davis Mixers are designed and built to last . . . rather than just to sell. Davis Mixers are built from the fullness of experience. We ask no
