Davis Ultimate Duty Batch Mixers are Built Substantially Stronger to
Accommodate Heavier Ingredients. Here's How We Do It:
Ultimate Duty
Mixers are built to mix ingredients
averaging 71 to 100 pounds per cubic foot. To accomplish this they're furnished with the
power transmission equipment normally used for the mixer three sizes larger plus the
entire tank is made of 1/4" plate steel. The same 100 cubic foot mixer that holds
7,000 pounds of 70# material would accommodate 10,000 pounds of material weighing 100# per
cubic foot. By significantly upgrading the specifications of our Ultimate Duty Mixers we
can safely increase their capacity. It's really a matter of building the machine up to the
job. Davis Mixers are designed and built to last . . . rather than just to sell.
Davis Mixers are built from the fullness of experience. We ask
no one to serve as our proving ground. Mixers have been our business since 1894.
Improvising with something less is not an economical alternative. The bitterness of poor
quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
