Feed Granulator Krimper-Kracker Roller Mill Precision Mix Batch Mixer Electronic Scale

Now with a single piece of equipment you can grind, weigh, mix and deliver either a high roughage or all grain ration. This unique versatility makes it possible to grind and mix a high roughage ration with a small amount of grain for growing rations, a high silage low grain ration for livestock just going on feed, a dairy ration with silage, haylage and grain, or one with very little roughage for finish feeding cattle and sheep as well as an all grain with liquid molasses for horses.

To meet your various grinding and mixing need our Complete Feed Mill is available three ways: (1) Precision Mixer with Granulator, Krimper-Kracker Roller Mill and Scale as show above, (2) Precision Mixer with Granulator and scale as illustrated below, or (3) Precision Mixer with Krimper-Kracker Roller Mill and scale which is our Krimp and Mix. Stationary and Portable models of all three units are available.

The Davis Complete Feed Mill on Wheels Is Built in Five Sizes:

1820 TR....18" Granulator combined with our Model 20 Mixer, which mixes 3,000 pounds per batch.
2430 TR....24" Granulator combined with our Model 30 Mixer, which blends 4,000 pounds per batch
2440 TR....24" Granulator combined with our Model 60 Mixer, which has 7,000 pound mixing capacity.
2480 TR....24" Granulator combined with our Model 80 Mixer, which mixes 10,000 pounds per batch.
