Specification and Capacities
for DAVIS Standard Duty Mixers
All Davis Standard
Duty Mixers are furnished with our Paddle Agitator, Double Reduction Chain Drive, Complete
V-Belt Drive, Motor Base and Cover with Hinged Section and Grate beneath. Limit Switch is
attached to hinged section of cover. A full grate with limit switch can be furnished in
place of cover. Drive is based on operation of mixer with 1750 RPM motor. If different RPM
motor is used we must advised. Motor and starter not included. We will be pleased to quote
upon request.

Capacities listed at
35 pounds per cubic foot represent the maximum load our Standard Duty Mixer is designed to
process. For ingredients which weigh between 35 to 50 pounds per cubic foot require our
Heavy Duty Mixer while ingredients that weigh 50 to 70 pounds per cubic foot require our
Super Duty Batch Mixer is required. Material weighing 71 to 100 pounds per cubic foot
requires our Ultimate Duty Mixer and ingredients weighing 100 to 150 pounds per cubic foot
