Here's a Belt Conveyor Built to Continually Handle All Those Jobs The Others Can't

The belt is the heart of any conveyor. Great care was taken in selecting ours. We believe it provides the most cost effective combination of great strength plus significant resistance to wear. It contains a tough blend of polyester and nylon cords which are fully protected by a 100% stable polyester face and black wrap. The result is a belt with excellent resistance to impact and 6 1/2 times more tear resistance than belting made with ordinary fabrics. This alone could increase the belt's life. Once a belt tears, frays, or wears along the edge, replacement is imminent.

Furthermore, our belt is totally saturated with a premium grade PVC which provides excellent resistance to moisture, chemicals, fertilizers, acids and atmospheric conditions. It has a temperature service range of -70o F to 300o F. In short, this belt is ideal where both strength and resistance to wear are needed. It is designed to work well in the most demanding applications.

Three inch (3") cleats containing the same abrasive, acid and weather resistant properties as our belt are attached every 12".

Year after year the biggest complaint we hear about conveyors is their head and tail pulleys are undersized. The result of this skimping on pulleys is belt slippage, premature cracking and failure. We didn't design our conveyor with the idea of generating repair parts business. Our head and tail pulleys are 8" diameter rather than 6" which are generally used. Furthermore, our conveyor's head pulley is crowned with textured belting to provide even better grip. This valuable feature makes belt slippage just that much more remote. The tail pulley is adjustable to provide proper tension on the belt at all times.

Heavy 3/8" rod is used to form the conveyor's framework. It's attached at varying angles to keep the belt running in a straight line. This prevents it from rubbing against the frame as well as material from wedging in this area , which could cause belt wear and eventual failure.

The very finest Alligator Lacing is used to join the belt securely together. A hopper is provided to guide the products onto the belt.

Formed channel is used to fabricate the sides.

All bearings are completely sealed and equipped with eccentric locking collars which lock down on the shafts to assure they stay in place.

The proper size totally enclosed fan cooled motor is furnished with all conveyors together with a stop/start button.

Tires and wheels may be added for portable use.
