Specification and Capacities
for DAVIS Super Duty Mixers
All Davis Super Duty
Mixers are furnished with our Paddle Agitator, Double Reduction Chain Drive, Complete
V-Belt Drive, motor base and cover with hinged section and grate beneath. Limit Switch is
attached to hinged section of cover. A full grate with limit switch can be furnished in
place of cover. Mixer's tank is made of 3/16" plate, except SD 80 which is 1/4"
thick. Drive is based on operation of mixer with 1750 RPM motor. If different RPM motor is
used we must be advised. Motor and starter are not included. We will be pleased to quote
upon request.

process. Ingredients weighing 71 to 100 pounds per cubic foot require our Ultimate
Duty Mixer, while ingredients weighing 101 to 150 pounds per cubic foot require our
